For instructors who are interested in incorporating student-produced documentary work into their courses, University Documentary Film Services staff is available for up to three class periods to provide an overview of the documentary process and teach basic documentary skills. Workshops
The UDFS provides documentary workshops to the campus community Workshops will be offered on an ongoing and rotating basis.
Documentary Showcase
The UDFS will coordinate screenings of both finished and ongoing documentaries produced by faculty, staff and visiting professional documentarians. View a list of upcoming screenings.

University Documentary Services is a unit within Appalachian's University College. University College consists of the university's integrated general education curriculum, academic support services, residential learning communities, interdisciplinary degree programs and co-curricular programming – all designed to support the work of students both inside and outside of the classroom.
